We ask for the details needed to register you for Lenovo Day Tashkent, prepare your badge and keep you informed about the event. The data is used for this one event and never leaves the circle listed below.
1Who processes the data
The organiser of the event and the owner of the registration database is Lenovo Uzbekistan. The event page and the registration form were built and are maintained on the organiser’s instructions by a contractor. The contractor can only view the registration list and does not use the data for its own purposes.
Registration requests come in through the Tilda website platform and are kept in a Google Sheets table that only the registration team can open.
Anything about your data — a question, a correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent — takes one e-mail to mpoluyan@lenovo.com. We reply within three working days. No reason needs to be given.
2What we ask for
We do not ask for your date of birth, identity documents or payment details — none of that is needed to attend. Attendance is free, there is no payment.
3What the data is for
- registering you and admitting you to the venue;
- preparing your badge;
- sending the confirmation and the reminder, and warning you if the time, the hall or the programme changes;
- counting seats in the hall and at the gala dinner;
- letting your contact at Lenovo know that you have registered.
There are no other purposes. Lenovo news is sent only if you ticked the separate, optional box in the form — see the next section.
4The Lenovo newsletter — a separate, optional consent
The form has a second box: “I would like to receive the Lenovo newsletter”. It is not pre-ticked and registration does not depend on it.
If you tick it, Lenovo Uzbekistan will use your name and e-mail address to send you Lenovo news and invitations. Every letter carries an “Unsubscribe” link; you can also ask us to remove you at the address above.
5Who sees your data
- Lenovo staff organising the event: the team in Uzbekistan keeps the list, colleagues in Kazakhstan can only view it;
- the organiser’s contractor that maintains the event page and the form — it can only view the list;
- Tilda and Google — as providers of the website platform, which also sends the confirmation letters, and of the table where requests are kept;
- the venue, Hilton Tashkent City — a list of names is handed to the entrance desk.
Nobody else. The data does not travel beyond this circle, is never passed to third parties for advertising and is never sold.
6Where the data is stored
The services we use keep data on servers outside Uzbekistan: Tilda — mainly in Germany and the USA, Google — in the USA and in other countries where it runs data centres. The registration list is kept by the Lenovo team in Uzbekistan. Lenovo colleagues in Kazakhstan and the organiser’s contractor in Azerbaijan can open it for viewing only.
By ticking the consent box you also agree to this cross-border transfer of your data (Article 15 of the Law “On Personal Data”). We do not collect biometric or genetic data.
7How long we keep it
Until November 5, 2027 — one year after the event. That period is needed to answer participants’ questions and to close the organiser’s reporting. After that date the requests are deleted.
If you withdraw consent earlier, the data is not kept any longer: it is deleted as soon as we receive your request, and the registration is cancelled: without a name and an e-mail address there is nothing to admit you by.
8What you can ask for
- to be told what data of yours we hold and how it is used;
- to correct an error — a misspelled last name on the badge, for instance; corrections are made within three days;
- to have the data deleted or its processing suspended;
- to withdraw consent at any moment, before or after the event;
- to stop the newsletter — every letter carries an “Unsubscribe” link.
All of it takes one e-mail to the address in the first section. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also turn to the authorised state body for personal data of the Republic of Uzbekistan or to a court.
9How the data is protected
The connection to the page is encrypted. Requests are kept in a table reachable only by the people running the registration, and only through personal accounts; there is no public link to it.
10Cookies and browser storage
There are no advertising cookies on this site. We build no profiles, show no advertising and pass nothing to advertising networks.
The site uses the built-in visit statistics of the Tilda platform. It counts page views and does not tie them to your name or e-mail address.
The website platform sets the technical cookies needed for the page and the form to work. One more note is kept in your browser until you close the tab: that the opening animation has already been shown. It lives on your device only and is never sent anywhere.
Fonts, images and video load from the platform’s servers, which see your IP address in the process — exactly as on any other website.
11The consent you tick in the form
The box is not pre-ticked and is mandatory: without it the request is not sent. The date and time are stored alongside it — so that the organiser has proof that consent was given, and you have proof of what exactly you agreed to.
12Legal basis
Consent of the data subject — Articles 18 and 21 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019. Cross-border transfer — Articles 15 and 27-1 of the same law. The amount of data collected is limited to what participation requires.
Revision of October 13, 2026. If this text changes, participants who have already registered will receive the new revision by e-mail.
